This week is repetitive from last week. Monday came, we went to Grams' place because she wanted a haircut. K drove her to a salon, while I remained in her house, consuming much their cable tv. For one hour, it was like heaven for me.
Tuesday was another day that K had stayed home. The oppressed called as K was about to leave for work, telling her not to go instead. NOt sure of the reason but it was a good excuse for us to go grocery shopping. We didn't go last Sunday, as a result of Grams showing up at our place. Before venturing to the supermarket, my uncle K had informed K of Grams' trip to pick her twins up from school in the middle of what was their lunch hour. K took the bait and left for her, with me grudgingly allowed her to do so. It turned out as I had mentioned in an earlier post, Grams was not at all interested in getting the twins home. In fact, she was shopping at the nearby supermarket! This little misunderstanding had cost us one hour of roaming endlessly to find her and her kids. Never trust a man who is 5 billion kilometres away, oblivious to his own problems. It ended good when all is settled and we had done our shopping.
Wednesday and Thursday came and passed quickly. K left for work, while the lazy slob, aka me, was hibernating throughout the two days.
Friday was another one of which we did completely nothing. K was either watching tv or on the computer, in the meantime I was snoozing off to the sunbeam that was depressing me to close my eyes.
Saturday was a busy day, with Jord having his maths and Chinese classes almost one after the other. Ju was with him for the Chinese class, but the majority of the morning was about trying to ger her focused on the homework from the previous week. She kept making excuses to be off from her supposed work. It was really exhausted, and it made realised why I hated coaching Ju on the piano in the first place. Jord, on the other hand, was co-operative to some extent. Just glad the day was over before we knew it.
Ju had left with her parents to the shop this morning, leaving behind Jord. I learned of this news when Jord woke up to watch tv, as he usually would. Then after having watched for sometime, he'd go find Ju only not to see her in her bedroom. It became apparent of her absence. Jord would then tell K and that is I found out through it.
Anyway, the day was overall fun. K was planning to take us to yum-cha, but the gods of planning had other things installed for us. Uncle K called to ask us out to yum-cha. I believe he did so as a way to say thanks to K for her work through this week. K was making an operation appointment for Grams and was making routes to help as was mentioned before. Uncle K didn't say this, but the fact that he made the trouble to come all th way from his far distant shop to our house was a good indication to the appreciation of K's aid. We weren't complaining of course. Who would complain when free feed is offered to ya?
The rest of the day was us three at the library. WE stayed there for over an hour and after that was another supermarket visit. The day came to an end when we got back home, finding there were many things to do. K, the cooking, and me, the dry clothes needed folding. It was good in the least for what should've been another boring Sunday.
